Love Craftd. Bought my first necklace from them last summer during quarantine. Now own four of their necklaces. Easy to wear. Lightweight. Comfortable. Look stylish, yet not too showy. Definitely going to buy more.

Love these products, cannot fault the quality. Between the Compass, Arrow and the Connel chains I'm never not wearing one. I had a slight fault with the first arrow pendent were the chain came out of its housing unit. When I emailed CRAFTD they responded straight away and after showing pictures of the fault offered to send out a replacement with zero hassle right away. Since then I've had no faults or complaints. The shipping was a bit slow but seeing as it was during covid-19 and Christmas its to be expected.

My husband works a labour intensive job, so when I saw this jewellery advertised as sweat and water proof I knew I wanted to give it a go! Delivery was fast and the items look fantastic.
I ordered a pendant necklace and chain, but returned the chain as I didn’t think my husband would like it. The returns process was so simple and I was able to ask for an exchange for another item which was easy. Fantastic customer service and products, I fully intend to buy more and already recommend to friends and family.

Received a faulty product on my first order. Contacted the customer service who quickly sent me out a replacement. TIP - Although a lot of these brands say "waterproof" etc etc...take it with a pinch of salt. Invest in something like a nail vanish glue for a couple of quid and coat your jewellery in it....adds a protective layer that aids against such ware.

Bought the silver crucifix chain and couldn’t be happier. Colour remains strong and hasn’t faded like other chains. Really comfortable to wear, will definitely purchase another chain and highly recommend Craftd
